We typically work with large merchants / businesses that spend more than £2m per year on payment-related costs. We serve all industries and segments including platforms and marketplaces. Many of our clients operate in multiple countries.

How much does a typical project carried out by The Payments Consultancy cost?

All projects are priced on a fixed price basis according to the agreed project scope. All costs will be provided ahead of any work starting. If additional work is requested during or after the initial project, additional charges would again be agreed upfront before any extra work is carried out.

Do you undertake projects for other parts of the ecosystem such as card issuers?

We have considerable experience of working with all participants of the payments industry however we deliver projects for merchants and payment providers only. Having this focus provides clear boundaries and allows us to build unique expertise.

Do you receive payment from suppliers which may influence the recommendations you make?

No, and we never will.
