Project stages

Project scope
An initial discussion is used to understand your current challenges, objectives. In the same conversation, we look to agree clear deliverables, timelines and success measures for the project, alongside any key dependencies that may exist.
After the meeting, we will send a proposal for review, which will include fully transparent pricing based on the proposed scope. As soon as the scope and pricing are agreed, a contract will be sent for signature. Once signed we can begin the project.

Factbase
Phase 2 involves us carrying out in-depth work and analysis to explore solutions that may be available, based on the challenges you are seeking to address and your business's specific circumstances. We will look to schedule check-ins with you to ensure the project meets expectations.

Option assessment
Prior to delivering our final recommendations, we will present to you a shortlist of options, solutions that meet your requirements. Each will be supported with a clear set of benefits and considerations. Your feedback will then guide the final output.

Recommendations
With your feedback received, we will ensure the final deliverables are delivered as per the project scope.
